Making a purchase

After you have chosen your t-shirt and provided your address details in the checkout, you are taken to the secure PayPal website to pay. Via PayPal we can accept all major credit and debit cards or transfer from your existing PayPal account. You can make payment whether or not you already have a PayPal account, just follow their step by step instructions - it's easy.

Debit or credit card payments or PayPal account bank transfers are authorised immediately and orders are despatched within 7 working days of authorisation. Some PayPal payments do not clear immediately and your purchase does not complete until funds are cleared. You will receive a confirmation email from PayPal and from LevelPegging to confirm the payment has completed successfully.

Professional printing of the t-shirts

A local company does the printing for us using their amazing (and expensive) direct to garment (DTG) inkjet printers. These use environmentally friendly water based inks that are long lasting. They print hundreds of shirts and other garments every week and their quality is excellent. Our shirts are dispatched direct from the printers to get to you as quickly as possible.

Value Added Tax

We are not VAT registered as our turnover is well below the threshold for registration at present. This allows us to sell the shirts a bit cheaper than we would otherwise be able to do. Our invoices show zero VAT.

Postage and packing

We only deliver to the UK. There is a postage and packing charge of £2.95 per order. Packages are sent by first class post and have to be signed for on receipt. This is so we can be sure you received your package and things don't get lost in the post.

All orders are dispatched within 7 working days of payment although it is usually much quicker than this, typically in 3 days. Since shirts are printed to order we cannot offer an express delivery service.

Returns / Refund policy

Please be careful what you order. We are only a small company run by young people to make money for our education. You are entitled by law to a cooling off period and to return goods for a refund but too many returns will force us to raise prices or even put us out of business. We get the shirts printed after they're ordered so your returned shirt will be more difficult for us to resell.

So please don't be rash, cool off now, check you've ordered the right size, design and colour and help us to keep prices low by minimising our returns. Rather than returning a shirt if it's the wrong size why not give it to a friend!

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, you can return any item (unless customised, in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations, regulation 13), in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund.

You also have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days without giving a reason and return the goods to Level Pegging for a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
